This information is translated into a digital drawing and a large two-dimensional printout of your property, saving you time, money, and potential headaches during the design or construction phase of your project.

In the second phase, we sign a design agreement and develop a complete concept using site analysis and the homeowner’s vision and budget. A design is created that visualizes the idea.  We review the plans in detail during the final design meeting to ensure all requested items are on the contract. Our clients leave feeling confident in entrusting us with their home improvement projects.

During this phase, we obtain necessary permits, hold a pre-construction meeting to review the project details with the homeowner, and hand the project over to our construction division. The construction division will then mark out the project, begin construction, and schedule inspections to ensure a smooth process. At the end of the phase, the homeowner will receive the outdoor project they envisioned.
